SCOPE OF SERVICES Mora Home & Garden will provide services as outlined in the consultation and agreed upon during the initial meeting. Services may include, but are not limited to: - Home design consultations - Garden design consultations - Organization and decluttering advice - Sourcing materials or products - Additional services requested will be subject to the same terms and billed accordingly. FEES & PAYMENT Consultation Rates: - The first 30 minutes of the initial consultation is free (online only). - Additional consultation time is billed at $100 per hour, prorated in 15-minute increments. Time Spent on Your Behalf: Work conducted outside of consultations, including sourcing and design preparation, is billed at $100 per hour. Travel Fees: Travel time is billed at $50 per hour. Payment Terms: Invoices will be sent electronically and are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. CANCELLATION POLICY Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will be subject to a fee equal to one hour of service ($100). CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide access to relevant spaces or materials for in-person consultations. - Clearly communicate goals, preferences, and project constraints. - Ensure timely responses to design proposals or questions. SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliver professional advice, design, and organizational solutions tailored to the client’s needs. - Communicate timelines and deliverables clearly. - Invoice transparently, outlining billed hours and work completed. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Mora Home & Garden will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the implementation of design or organizational suggestions, including those performed by third parties. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in Sonoma County courts.
